A group of Brown students have worked for three years on Flapjax, a new programming language built atop JavaScript. Their work was recognized with the Best Student Paper award at The International Conference on Object Oriented Programming, Systems, Languages and Applications (OOPSLA 2009) in Orlando, Florida.
